• Mild detergent / dish soap
• Bucket

Step 1:
Spray the furniture thoroughly with the hose to remove the loose dirt from the slings and the frame. Spraying the furniture with a hose will make cleaning with the sponge or brush much easier. Don't forget to spray under the chair.

Step 2:
Mix 1/4 cup (2 oz.) mild liquid soap in a gallon of lukewarm water (no warmer than 100° F).
Mix the water to ensure the soap dissolves, creating suds.

Step 4:
Spray your furniture down again with the hose to remove the soap and remaining dirt. Repeat steps if the dirt is stubborn. Allow to air dry in the sun.

Please Note: Sling fabrics are not universal and come in a variety of styles, textures and colors. It is important to note the difference between them when deciding which option is the best fit for you. Many of the slings you will see are made with Textilene fabric, a brand of woven PVC coated polyester fabrics that is an industry standard for commercial pool furniture. Sometextilene sling pool furniture will have a tighter weave, allowing water and debris to collect more quickly. This type of sling fabric will require a little more attention than a sling that uses a more breathable material such as a solution dyed acrylic.
