Important: Furniture must be structurally sound to qualify. Severely bent frames, extensive corrosion, major structural damage, and some steel or wrought iron furniture may not qualify.

Schedule Pickup
Pickup is coordinated according to project size, property location, and regional delivery routes. Furniture should be stacked when possible.
Inspection & Documentation
The driver photographs visible damage during pickup. The furniture is inspected and documented again after arriving at the restoration location.
Refinishing & Restoration
Depending on the approved work, straps or sling fabric are removed, frames are prepared and powder coated, and new seating materials, hardware, glides, or upholstery are installed.
Final Inspection & Delivery
Restored furniture receives a final quality inspection before return delivery is scheduled.

Typical Refinishing Time
Once the furniture arrives at the restoration location, the typical refinishing process takes approximately 8–10 weeks. Pickup and return delivery time are additional and depend on the property location and regional route schedule.
Consider scheduling refinishing during your property's slower season or planned pool downtime so the furniture can return before peak use.
Color Matching & New Color Options
Refinished furniture does not have to use the same colors it had previously. You can select a new frame finish, vinyl strap color, sling fabric, or coordinated combination to give your pool deck a fresh look.
Exact color matching cannot be guaranteed. Sun exposure, proprietary manufacturer finishes, frame material, powder coat production batches, and fabric or vinyl dye lots can create slight variations.
Important Information About Tables
Commercial tables can also be evaluated for refurbishment. Table tops may need to be removed for transportation. If an acrylic top remains in good condition, the frame or rim may sometimes be refinished separately.
Fiberglass tables require individual evaluation because removing the top may affect the integrity of the original connection. In some cases, a new top may be paired with a refurbished frame.

Refinishing is intended to return used furniture to a condition as close to like new as reasonably possible. It will not make previously used furniture perfect or identical to a factory-new product.
Exact frame, vinyl, sling, and fabric color matches cannot be guaranteed. Frame composition, previous condition, sun exposure, proprietary finishes, manufacturing batches, and material dye lots may affect the finished appearance.
Hardware, plastic components, glides, and miscellaneous parts are replaced when suitable replacements are available. Existing components or suitable alternatives may be used when original parts are proprietary or discontinued.
Furniture determined to be structurally unsound will not qualify for refinishing. There is no warranty against rust reoccurrence on steel or wrought iron furniture. Refinishing references are available upon request.
