The frame is constructed from Marine Grade Polymer (MGP), a high-density polyethylene engineered to withstand challenging outdoor conditions. The material will not swell, rot, splinter, warp, or chemically break down when exposed to humidity, water, or sunlight. These characteristics make MGP particularly practical for pool decks and other areas where outdoor furniture routinely encounters moisture.
Unlike the coordinating arched MGP sling chaise, this model features a straighter, flatter lounging profile. At 81.25 inches deep and 24.5 inches wide, it provides a generous full-length surface for relaxing. The 17-inch seat height also creates a more elevated seating position than the 14-inch-high arched model.
Supportive sling construction provides comfortable seating without loose cushions, while an extensive selection of sling fabrics allows the chaise to be customized for the surrounding environment.
