How the Refinishing Process Works

Document and Inspect
The driver photographs visible damage at pickup. A second inspection and additional documentation are completed at the restoration facility.
Prepare the Frames
For full refinishing, existing seating materials are removed, and eligible frames are sandblasted, cleaned, and checked for minor repairs.
Apply New Materials
Powder coating is oven cured at approximately 400°F, followed by new straps, sling fabric, hardware, glides, or upholstery as approved.
Inspect and Return
The furniture receives a final quality inspection before return delivery is scheduled to the commercial property.

Refinished furniture does not need to use the same color combination it had previously. You can select a new frame finish, vinyl strap color, sling fabric, or coordinated combination to update the pool deck.
Exact color matching cannot be guaranteed. Existing finishes may have faded from prolonged sun exposure, original colors may be proprietary, and powder coat, vinyl, and fabric dye lots can vary slightly between production batches. We will make a reasonable effort to find the closest available match.

Can you refinish furniture from any manufacturer?
Many brands of aluminum commercial furniture can be evaluated. The frame material, construction, structural condition, and replacement part availability are more important than the brand name.
Can you make used furniture look completely new?
Refinishing returns furniture to a condition that is as close to like new as reasonably possible. It will not make used furniture identical to a factory-new product or remove every imperfection.
Can I replace only the straps or sling fabric?
Yes, when the frame is in acceptable condition. Minor weld repairs are generally included only with a full frame refinishing service, not with strap-only or sling-only work.
Do you repair damaged welds?
Necessary minor weld touchups may be completed with a full refinishing project. Furniture with severe structural damage may not qualify.
Can steel or wrought iron furniture be refinished?
Steel and wrought iron furniture may not qualify for complete frame refinishing. There is no warranty against rust reoccurrence on these materials.

Exact frame, vinyl, sling, or fabric color matches cannot be guaranteed. Existing fading, frame composition, proprietary finishes, manufacturing batches, and material dye lots can affect the finished appearance.
Hardware, glides, plastic components, and miscellaneous parts will be replaced only when suitable replacements are available. Existing parts or appropriate alternatives may be used when original components are discontinued or proprietary.
